Sharon
Sharon joined Steer as a consultant, working on exciting projects in and around London. After ten years she had the opportunity to get involved in the leadership side of the business and is now our UK Managing Director.

Each candidate will typically have two interviews that are usually held locally by a Business Unit Head, Director and/or a member of our People team. We endeavour to make decisions promptly and contact candidates as soon as possible after application and interview.
Yes, of course. However, you will need to submit individual applications for each vacancy you wish to apply for.
We take the personal development of our people seriously and have a range of training courses, coaching and seminars to ensure we are doing what we can to assist you in your personal and professional development. We also run an internal technical training programme with the added benefit of having industry experts in their field as trainers.

We do offer a small number of student placements. Usually, they are aimed at people who are doing sandwich courses with a year in industry or an internship as a final part of their degree. We recommend regularly checking our Job Opportunities page for relevant opportunities and vacancies.
