New appointment: Eleanor Wright joins SDG Economic Development

SDG Economic Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Eleanor Wright, who joins the firm’s Manchester office as an Assistant Consultant.

Prior to joining SDG Economic Development, Eleanor completed a Master’s degree in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester. She has developed strong analytical and research skills previously applied to macroeconomics, environmental issues, international trade and policy appraisal.

Following this, Eleanor undertook work for University of Manchester research group, the Global Development Institute, providing support in researching the relationship between political institutional quality and income inequality.

Eleanor also has experience working in international affairs, actuarial research and in providing business support for financial services.

At SDG Economic Development, Eleanor will work across the range of the practice’s integrated economic development services.
